2. How to Create User ID ?

( Following Steps should be Followed in order to create user ID.)

Step 1: Go to Setup.

Step 2: Click on User Master and then top-up box will appear.

Step 3: Click on New.

Step 4: Read username and Full Name as Username : Ajay3545 and Full Name : Ajay Yadav.

Step 5: Choose Group Right as Group Right: Auditor or Group Right : Administrator.

Step 6: Choose Allow Post Date as No/False ( if yes is choosen then assign Post date and Modification                    date ).

Step 7: Choose Password.

Step 8: Click OK.

Where, 

Post date: Means for how many day/date/time user can post/input the records on the company. 

Modification date: Means for how many day/time/date user has right to update the informations that has  been already recorded.
